Shipping Policy

We are available via email or "Contact Us" page to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Someone will get back to you within 2 business days from the day of submission. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of online orders. Orders will be shipped within 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address the customer provided during checkout.


During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be transmitted and shipment to be made.

Return & Exchange Policy

Only merchandise purchased from chicbycamille.com can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in the original packaging unopened and unused for returns. If the merchandise was defective or damaged during shipment, you will receive a refund for the returned item via the original method of payment, once photo of the damage item is submitted via email.

 

Please note return shipping fees are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.

 

How to Return 

If you wish to return an item, please contact info@chicbycamille.com. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Remove any other labels from the package before mailing back. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records. Chic by Camille, LLC is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the return package is received. We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) plus any tax paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return request.
